Ingredients:
- Olga's Fine Foods Beef Chevapchichi's
- Carėme (Barossa Valley) Pre-Prepared Shortcrust Pastry Sheets
- Jar of Beerenberg Caramalised Onion Relish
- 1 Egg, whisked
- Sesame Seeds (for sprinkling)
Method:
1. Spread Carėme Pastry out on flat surface.
2. Place Olga's Beef Chevapchichi's down centre of pastry.
3. Spread desired amount of Beerenberg Caramlised Onion Jam on one side of pastry.
4. Roll pastry and seal to form a long sausage 'log'.
5. Slice into portions and place onto lined baking tray.
6. Baste pastry tops in egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
7. Place in 180o celcius oven for 40 minutes until cooked.
