The official date for The Longest Table is Saturday 26 July, 2025 but you can choose to host your Longest Table anytime until 31 August 2025. Once you set your date, start planning your event—order in pizza, host a picnic, book a restaurant table, or plan the ultimate dinner party! 

You can host your Longest Table at home, your workplace, a restaurant, even online—the choice is yours!

As the host, you cover the cost of your Longest Table or alternatively, you share the cost with your friends— it’s up to you!

Our team is here to help you every step of the way! You will have access to a dedicated host manager and be sent regular emails with reminders and tips as you begin planning and then hold your Longest Table.

You'll aso receive your very own host kit, full of helpful items to get your planning underway!

We understand things can sometimes come up that may limit you from hosting your Longest Table event.

Thanks to our unique funding model, our administration costs are 100% covered by our commercial business activities.

As a Longest Table host, you can feel proud that all of your donation goes directly to fighting cancer.

Yes—you will even find a cash donation box inside your Host Kit.

If some people donate to you in cash, the quickest way to bank these funds and help cancer research as quickly as possible is to keep the cash and make a lump sum transaction yourself via your online fundraising page.
