Now that your event is done and dusted, it’s time to take the next important step—banking all the funds you’ve raised! By doing this, you’ll ensure that your hard work starts making an impact where it’s needed most.
Bank Your Funds by 14 September
If you hosted an event, it’s crucial to bank your funds by 14 September to ensure your contribution goes toward making a difference as soon as possible. The sooner we receive your donations, the sooner we can put them to work in our fight against cancer.
For those who processed all donations through their online page, you’re in the clear! There's nothing more you need to do—just sit back and feel proud of the impact you’ve made. 😍
But if you’ve collected physical cash during your event, there are a few more steps to take:
- Bank the Cash: Use the details provided in your host pack to deposit the funds you’ve collected. Make sure to include the SID featured on your welcome letter - this will help us match the funds to you!
- Inform Us: Once you’ve banked the cash, let us know! Contact us at contactus@thelongesttable.com.au or call us on (08) 8244 1100 with the following details:
- The total cash amount you’ve banked offline.
- The name of your fundraiser (as it appears on your online page).
- If possible, please send us a copy of your completed offline donation form.
