I'm helping to #ForkCancer by hosting a Longest Table!

This August, We're hosting a Longest Table to raise money for life-changing cancer research.

12 months ago we were struggling with the news of Darren's prostate cancer diagnosis, this cancer has impacted our family greatly. Sadly we lost John (Darren's dad) to it 11 years ago and both Darren and Steve (brother) are lucky to get early diagnosis and looking good to beating it.

45 years ago (Carolyn's mum ) Lyn passed from Breast cancer. Recently we lost Brooke (Carolyn's step sister in USA) to breast cancer.

5 years ago Laura (Carolyn's step mum) was battling - undiagnosed at the time - Brain cancer.

Plus too many others have been battling these and many other cancers.

Sadly, almost 444 Australians are diagnosed with cancer every day - that's 74 friends, parents, workmates and kids during the time it takes to host a meal.
